Tuition HUB having its registered office at V186, Gardenia Grove, Ramky Discovery City, Tukkuguda, Mankhal, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad, India, is engaged in providing Online Tutoring Services for academic, non-academic for students from CBSE, ICSE, IB, SSC curriculum in the Indian or International educational scenarios (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:
Upon your purchase of the services through the Company’s Platform, you do not have the right to place a return request or process a return request on the Platform. The Company only provides Services and does not offer any tangible products on the Platform.
2. PROCESSING OF REFUND
The Platform allows refunds when the student/parent/guardian requests for cancellation of the services on the Platform during the tenure of the program enrolled by the student (For example – If the students enrolled for a 6 months tenure program on 1st of January for 48 classes and if the student applies for refund after 12 classes then the Company shall refund for the unused 36 classes which shall be claimed by the student on or before 30th of June which will be the tenure of the program).
Any refund requests have to be placed with 30 (Thirty) days’ notice.
The refund is processed on pro-rata basis with the number of classes pending in the current month.
All the refunds are processed to the bank account details provided by the User in the cancellation form.
The Company shall not be liable for any refund, if the student does not attend the allotted classes within the stipulated tenure and does not claim for refund within the said tenure.
The Company will request you to share your bank account details where it can transfer the refund amount and such other documents (for international students), as may be required, to process the refund. Once the Company has all the required information, the Company will process your refund for unused classes, within 7 (Seven) working days.
All Refund requests shall be made by the User by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made.
In case, the amount paid by the User is incorrect, the extra amount shall be refunded to the User to the original source of payment of the User upon verification by the Company within 7 (Seven) working days.
In case, the User has paid half the amount or insufficient amount, the User shall be liable to pay the entire amount within 3 working days, failing which the Company shall NOT issue any refund against the half or insufficient amount paid by the User.
As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your subscription upon placing the same.
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any subscription(s):
The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserve the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any subscriptions placed by them in future.
